Deb began her line of ministry working as the housekeeper at the Incarnation rectory and filling in as office receptionist on occasion. She also enjoys volunteering at Incarnation as a church decorator. In 2021, she began helping with bereavement ministry and trained to serve as the bereavement coordinator. Deb sees many blessings in her work with families after they have lost a loved one.
Deb is the oldest of five children and grew up in Sandusky, Ohio near Lake Erie. As her mother was a pianist, she learned to play and enjoy piano at a young age. Music ministry at St. Leonard and teaching piano are part of her current work outside of Our Lady of Light.
