Making Music Praying Twice
Making music with our friends!
Making Music Praying Twice is a “mommy/daddy and me” style music class for ages 0-5. The curriculum uses a collection of secular and religious songs following the liturgical calendar and the seasons. We use instruments, props, toys, and stories to make music, explore movement, and help little souls to know Jesus. The class is aimed at supporting healthy mind, body, and faith development. Through the use of rhythm, tone, and movement, families are encouraged to integrate music into daily living, which we know to be beneficial in supporting emotion expression and regulation, language skills, brain development, and motor skills. Class is usually about 30 minutes, followed by snacks for kiddos and coffee for moms. There is no fee to participate. A parent or legal guardian must be present and participating in each class.
