Encounter Scripture, Encounter Christ

Our Lady of Light Family is excited to announce the start of our Bible Study series and Community Groups—small group gatherings that help us grow in faith by opening our hearts to God’s Word. These groups are a place to encounter Scripture, reflect on God’s presence in our lives, and share faith with others. Whether you are new to the Bible or have studied for years, you’ll find encouragement, friendship, and spiritual nourishment. Exposition, confessions, Rosary & Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Benediction-
All are welcome to come for the entire time or stop in as your schedule allows. Spend a few moments — or the full afternoon — resting in the Lord’s mercy and praying for our world, our community, and your personal intentions.

Wednesdays at the Well
April 15 | 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM | St. Francis of Assisi Campus

All women are invited to join us as we gather around “the well” (Baptismal Font), for a beautiful evening of fellowship and light snacks, followed by a brief talk, small group discussions, and prayer. This month our speaker, Deb Miesle, will share with us what it looks like to live life on mission in our community and in our families.

Women’s Ministry meets second Mondays. We invite you to join us for dinner, prayer, and planning on Monday, April 13 from 6 - 7:30 PM, JP II Room.

Evangelization Summit
Saturday, April 18 | 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM | St. Francis of Assisi Campus

All parishioners (ages 14 and up) are invited to join in our annual Evangelization Summit this spring as we focus on the theme of what it means to walk alongside another in the spirit of Christian friendship. The day will include fellowship with parishioner, time for prayer, encouragement in creating a culture of spiritual accompaniment, and breakout sessions for skill building in this area. Come connect with fellow parishioners as we seek to grow together as the Our Lady of Light community. As a reminder, this date is required for ministry leaders.

Verso Night

Young adults are invited to Verso Nights, held every third Tuesday evening at St. Francis of Assisi Campus. Join us for dinner and a series on relationships designed to help you grow and deepen your relationship with God, self, and others. Childcare is provided.

Couples Paint Night
Saturday, April 25 | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM | St. Francis of Assisi Campus

All engaged and early married couples are invited to join us for a Paint-your-Partner Date Night! Connect with one another and meet other couples as we share a meal, hear a talk on our different gifts, and enjoy a fun, lighthearted activity together. Just bring an appetizer to share. If you’d like to join us for Mass beforehand, you can leave the food in the room beforehand. RSVP recommended but not required; limited childcare is available with registration. Come for an evening of laughter, creativity, and meaningful connection!

Women's Night of Hope & Rest
Friday, May 8 | 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM | St. Francis of Assisi Campus

All women of our family of parishes and surrounding Dayton community (21+) are invited to a time of fellowship, wine and charcuterie, followed by a night of hope & rest, including: praise, Adoration, Confession, Art Prayer, and resting with Jesus! This gathering will include opportunities for quiet prayer, journaling, and reading, as well as praying with others and receiving prayer from others.
