Sophia began ministry at a young age in her parish and it developed into a passion. She spent several years as a catechist and after college went on to pursue a master's degree in theological studies at the University of Dayton. While working with young children, Sophia truly began to understand Christ's own love for them when He said, "let the children come to me" (Matthew 19:14). In this ministry, it is the children's pure joy and certain faith that inspires her to constantly grow as a Christian.
Sophia grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and married the love of her life, Timothy. When she is away from work, she loves to read, hike, or dance. She especially loves to research and is full of random fun facts.
