We can't celebrate without you!

We invite your entire family to come out and enjoy the afternoon with our family of parishes at our first annual Parish Picnic. Enjoy the company of our new brothers and sisters from both the Incarnation and St. Francis of Assisi campuses and explore new friendships. Set aside your busy schedules and simply be together for a lovely afternoon of activities, music and faith.

Event Schedule

11:30am | Outdoor Mass* (with worship led by Sarah Kroger)
12:30pm | Lunch + Lawn Games
1:30pm | Life Teen + EDGE Kick-Offs
2:30pm | Concert with Sarah Kroger
3:30pm | Adoration + Worship

This event is FREE to all OLL Parishioners!

​*No 11:00am Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church or 11:30am Mass at Incarnation Church

Parking
As you arrive at the St. Francis of Assisi Campus there will be a parking team on hand to direct traffic.  The south parking lot will be reserved for food trucks and handicap parking.  Additional handicap parking will be designated in the north lot.  (Handicap parking areas are indicated in blue.) Overflow parking will be located in grass areas on the east boundary of the property.  When the lots are full, the parking team will direct traffic to the Sinclair campus next door.  Passenger golf carts will be on hand to transport parishioners from the Sinclair lot.

Outdoor Mass
For the outdoor Mass there will be two tents and a stage area just west of the church building.  While a limited number of chairs and tables will be available, it is advisable for our able-bodied parishioners to bring their own lawn chairs and picnic blankets for mass, picnic, and concert.

Games & Activities
Lawn games will be available for family fun and kick-off activities are planned for our teen programs. (Game & activity areas are indicated in pink.)

Food
Free food options for the picnic will include hamburgers, hotdogs, brats and chips.  For those with dietary restrictions there will be alternatives available in Friendship Hall.  Alternatively, individuals may purchase food from food trucks that we may have on site. (We are still firming up plans for booking food trucks.)

Concert
All are invited to join us for an outdoor concert featuring GMA Dove Award-Nominated Catholic Music Artist, Sarah Kroger.  No RSVP necessary for the concert. Visit https://www.sarahkroger.com/about for information about Sarah Kroger.

Adoration
The last half-hour of the planned events will include an opportunity for worship and Adoration beginning at 3:30 pm.  What a wonderful way to end the parish picnic!

Rain Plans
In the case of inclement weather, the Mass, picnic, games, concert and Adoration will move inside.
