Holy Week 2026

In the darkness of our struggles, the Everlasting Light of God shines, and nothing can overcome it.
We invite you to join us throughout this Holy Week. Find hope in Jesus and in our community this week.

Please keep our OCIA candidates and catechumens in your thoughts and prayers as they journey closer to full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil. Meet our 2026 candidates here.

Holy Week Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
During Holy Week, we invite you to join us for daily exposition of the Blessed Sacrament from Palm Sunday through Holy Thursday.  This special time allows each of us to unite our minds and hearts with Jesus and to pray for abundant blessings on our family of parishes, especially for those entering the Church at the Easter Vigil.  We encourage you to make a commitment to a personal time of prayer during this sacred week:

Easter Basket Blessing + Egg Hunt

OLL Easter Egg Hunt: April 4 @ Incarnation School Playground
Join us for the Our Lady of Light Family Easter Egg Hunt on the school’s playground, hosted by the Incarnation School PTO, on Sat., April 4, at 10:00 am. The morning will begin with a blessing of Easter baskets, followed by the egg hunt for children ages 0–3, 4–6, and 7+. Afterwards, donuts will be served by Incarnation and St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus. Donations of plastic eggs, small trinkets, and individually wrapped candy (no chocolate, nuts, or peanut butter) are welcome through Wednesday, April 1, at the parish or school office. Contact: Meghan Loomis, [email protected]

OLL Easter Food Basket Blessing: April 4 @ Incarnation PAC, St. Joseph Prayer Room
As some European cultures bless the breakfast food eaten on Easter morning, we will be blessing Easter baskets on Holy Saturday, April 4 at 10:30 am in the St. Joseph Prayer Room at the Incarnation Campus. Bring an Easter basket with the eggs, bread, sausage, and other Easter breakfast food that you and your family will be eating on Easter morning. All are invited.

Holiday Closures and Cancellations

Parish Offices will be closed for Good Friday (April 3). They will reopen Monday, April 6, 2025 at 9:30am.

During Holy Week (Holy Thursday-Easter Sunday), all regular Masses are canceled and replaced with the Holy Week liturgical schedule. There will be no confessions between Holy Thursday-Easter Sunday.

Please note: the Masses for Easter Sunday do not follow a typical Sunday Mass schedule. Please refer to the Mass times above or listed on our Mass Times page to see what Masses are offered at both of our campuses.
