For generations, the Catholic faith has been alive and thriving through the people of Incarnation and St. Francis of Assisi. Our communities have been places of prayer, sacraments, formation, and service — spaces where lives are shaped by the light of Christ.

Today, as a united family of parishes, we are experiencing new growth and new opportunities for mission. Through the Treasuring Our Traditions, Transforming Our Future Capital Campaign, we are investing in the future of our parish family so that we can continue to welcome, form, and serve the people God is sending to us.

​This campaign is about more than buildings. It is about strengthening the foundation of our ministries, expanding our ability to serve families, and ensuring that the faith we have received will flourish for generations to come.

Our campaign goal is $10,000,000, and every gift will help make this vision possible.

Our Vision for the Future

The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes is blessed with vibrant ministries, strong schools, and growing participation in parish life. As our community continues to grow, we must ensure that our spaces and resources can support the mission entrusted to us.

This campaign will allow us to:

• Expand opportunities for early childhood faith formation and education
• Strengthen the infrastructure that supports parish life
• Ensure that our facilities remain welcoming, accessible, and mission-ready
• Provide space for ministries that serve families, children, and future generations

Campaign Projects

Campaign Goal: $10 Million

ADDITION TO INCARNATION CAMPUS | $3–5 Million
6,000–9,000 sq. ft. addition connecting to back of church
• Larger gathering space
• Funeral visitations & receptions
• Nursery for families
• Bridal preparation space
• Flexible ministry meeting areas

ADDITION TO ST. FRANCIS CAMPUS | $4–5 Million
9,000 sq. ft. addition connecting north gathering space and church
• Space for expanding youth programs
• Small groups and ministry meetings
• Office and administrative expansion
• Allows for future church expansion

EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER | $2.5–3 Million*
To be constructed on the Incarnation Campus
• Expands Preschool 4’s and Early 5’s
• Supports parish school growth
• On-site childcare for staff
• Addresses rising childcare costs and staff retention

​*Tentative pending architectural studies and building code review, including possible PAC renovation.

In addition to our primary campaign goal, we have also identified a stretch goal and a vision goal that would allow us to build even further on the momentum of this effort. If generosity allows us to go beyond our initial goal, we hope to accomplish the following projects: 

Stretch Goal: $11 Million

Renovate and elevate St. Francis meeting spaces for adult formation.

Vision Goal: $19 Million

A long-envisioned front gathering space at Incarnation Church — a project rooted in years of prayer and planning.

Current archdiocesan priorities emphasize ministry expansion first. This campaign positions us to be ready for what comes next. Current funds are specified for the interior renovation of Incarnation Church that will begin in 2026, not for future building.
